Andraea Dawson-Shepherd has been appointed to the newly created position of senior vice president, corporate affairs, for Coty, Inc. She will lead Coty’s communication and corporate affairs agenda, and report to Coty chairman and interim CEO Bart Becht. Dawson-Shepherd has held senior communications positions at Carlsberg Group, RB (formerly Reckitt Benckiser) and Cadbury Schweppes.
